So the other day, I was looking at all the repairs my current house needs, bought it as a Fannie Mae, lots of work needed.
But, it reminded me of a situation that occurred in my previous house, namely lots of repair. Curiosity got the best of me, so a
quick Google of my old address & a Zillow lookup caught me by surprise. First off, the house was listed for like $286,000 my initial purchase
price was for something of about $41,000. So the neighborhood must be on the rise. :) Guess all those midnight block parties, were appealing to
some buyer. :)
Well the new owner did split the house into a two resident, it strange when I had the house one of my first questions, before even picking up the keys was the zoning nature of the neighborhood. Ask the Realtor/property manager(very informal) if he thought that the conversion to a resident/business status was possible. He was doubtful, but then his "one job" was for the security, inspection of the house. A TOTAL MISSION FAILURE
But for the sake of completeness here's an image of the house, TBH the new owner(s) has really made drastic improvements to it.
Your endeavoring to helping others, will be the steel beams, bricks, ribbits & mortar that builds, holds and secure your “immortal soul!” for your purpose of existing in this mortal world!
Stand still, just let that imagery sink I for a moment, I wait…. YEAH RIGHT! I KNOW!!
Now do you see? Speaking from experience, my church volunteer work was such a great experience, very enlightening, would highly recommend it to all who never participated in volunteering work activities.
For completeness, below is an image of the church, I’ve volunteered for.
